skin basics:

bloom essence: think of this as a hydrating and glowy toner. it seriously has made my skin so smooth! i use it every morning. 

bloom cleanser: super gentle on the skin.

charcoal bar soap: a very cheap and simple option for a daily cleanser, as well. it can also be used to detox your armpits!

glow serum: this serum CHANGED my skin. i’ve been using it for three years now! it makes your skin dewy, glowy, and is perfect for any skin type (yes, really). just grab the oils below to make it!

the glow skin serum oils:

10 drops  lemon

10 drops  lavender 

10 drops  frankincense

2 drops blue tansy: this is the secret weapon in this recipe! a little goes a LONG way, so this oil will last you yearssss of making the serum for yourself. BUT! if you don’t want to spend the $ on it though, i used this serum with these other oils and it was still amazinggggg.

carrier oil for base: for the serum, i personally use emu oil as the base (which you can get on amazon). jojoaba is also amazing! this serum is sooo great to use every night at the end of a long day. it will make you glowy, smooth,  and it helps with fine lines and scars! i have been using this serum for 3 years now because it has truly changed my skin.

these oils can be used for a hair growth spray for after showering AND a lash/brow growth serum! here’s a video with some great non-tox hair hacks.

hair growth spray:

15 drops lavender

15 drops cedarwood

15 drops rosemary

mix in a small spray bottle with water and a tablespoon of witch hazel! then just spray after you wash your hair. for the lash serum, add 5 drops of each oil into an empty mascara tube (there are tons on amazon), and fill it to the top with castor oil.

lavender shampoo and conditioner: a non-tox fav for the shower!

sulfurzyme powder: they have these in tablets, too (that’s the way i take mine!). this supplement is specifically for helping your hair grow! a MUST have for supporting your healthy hair every day.
