I was always one of those girls who *dreamed* of her wedding day. TLC wedding shows were my favorite and everrrry year there was a new Pinterest inspo board (the girls who get it, get it). When the day finally came, I remember us driving away feeling like the whole thing was a blur! It was so jam-packed full of amazing moments, that I felt like I had missed so many of the small moments that I wanted to soak up and look back on. Like the tender moments with my bridesmaids, my first look, the sweet whispers during our portraits, and all the fun dancing moments that I missed when I was making my rounds saying hi to everyone.
That brings us to today. I'm just a girl who loves weddings wanting to make your wedding all the bit easier on you. I'm here to capture the big & small moments of your day so that you can have the raw moments you'll always want to look back on to relive over and over.

I'm glad you asked! It's a fairly new concept, but to put it simply: It's like having a bonus bridesmaid specifically dedicated to capturing all the little moments of the day without you (or your friends) missing out on being present (not to mention, risking shaky videos or thumbs in the corner of the screen ;)). Think of me as your own paparazzi for the day. The term "content creator" may make you think this is for influencer type of people, but really, it's for anyone wanting to have those raw moments from your big day to keep forever!
Think of it like this, in the same way you have a photographer take amazing pictures to hang in your home and a videographer who crafts a long-form film of your day to make you cry, I'd also serve a very specific purpose. To give you all the raw and unedited moments of the day -- the big moments + the little ones you didn't notice, and to hand you over recaps of your day and endless amounts of clips for you to edit into your own content for years to come!

Within one day from when your wedding ends, you'll have everything I captured. your wedding day can be a blur with everything going on, so you and your (now) spouse can re-experience the day from a different perspective. That also means you'll have a whole recap video (and whatever else I make based on your package) Instagram ready to share with your friends the next day!

Meet Your Content Bestie:
Hiiii, I'm Kiersten! I'll be the one behind the tripod for your big day, so let's get to know each other a little bit more! I've lived in Austin for almost six years now, but I'm originally from outside DC. My husband, Matt, and I have been married for 5 years and have the sweetest two little boys, Shep (2) and Ev (7mo). I have worked full time from home since 2020, and last year I worked a tonnn of side hustles for us to pay down all of our debt that had been weighing us down for years before Everett made his way into the world. It was a whirlwind, but definitely one of our proudest accomplishments. I've been working in the social media world since I graduated college, and am always looking for new ways to use those skills. Which brings me to Your Content Bestie Co.! Last year, our best friends got married and I offered to take videos to capture the day, and it was SO FUN. I'm so happy that this is now an option for people to have for their wedding!
Other random things about me: Our house has a DIY painted mural in every room of the house. I'd really love to homeschool one day! I'm a sucker for a homemade iced brown sugar latte and an afternoon walk (bonus if those are at the same time). In the evenings, I'm usually cozied up on our couch watching a movie while working on a cross stitch project (currently: Christmas stockings). I've always been the hype girl in a friend group, so I'd be honored to be yours for your wedding!

Absolutely not! Like I said earlier, each vendor has such a specific purpose. I will work in tandem with your photographer and videographer (and not get in their way) during your wedding capturing candid behind-the-scenes style iPhone videos throughout the day while they work their magic, too.

Once you contact me, I'll confirm if your date is available. If your date is available (WOOHOO!), we’ll talk through some details, and i’ll send you your questionnaire for all the wedding vision! Next step I’ll send your contract over and there will be a 20% deposit required to secure your wedding date. From there, we’ll stay in contact until closer to your wedding. One month before your wedding day, we’ll have a 30-minute call to nail down the final details and requests, and i’ll send over the final payment. Then THE DAY IS HERE! & I’ll show on your big day ready to celebrate together and work some magic!
